Typical stand alone controller in either plastic or steel case are parts 440F-4000P or 440F-C4000S and these will provide safety relay outputs to your control system.

Where you have room in an existing control cabinet you could consider a dedicated safety relay such as the din rail mounting MSR23M series, 440R-P23074( obsolete when stocks gone, then see new GSR range 440R-S13R2.

Things to consider are for example do you require zoning, that is monitoring the status of individual mats or whether they are all wired together.
