Locking Guard Switch TLS-1 230V AC 3N/C+2N/O

The TLS-GD2 is a positive mode, tongue operated machine guard
locking interlock switch. It locks the guard closed until the machine power is isolated and ensures that the machine remains isolated whilst the guard is open. In operation (machine running), the TLS-GD2 remains in the locked position until the internal solenoid is energised. The optional key release allows the TLS-GD2 locking mechanism to be quickly overridden in an emergency, Note: the key should only be available to
authorised personnel. The head rotates 180 to give four actuator entry points. A stainless steel actuator guide is fitted, to protect the unit from actuator damage due to poor alignment or guard wear. The TLS-GD2 is
available with five sets of contacts in different configurations and in three
different voltages. They are suitable for use with PLC's.
The TLS-GD2 actuator is supplied separately in three versions, standard actuator, flexible actuator and flat actuator.
